We had a great experience with Black Pearl. They efficiently removed an old patio and deck, replacing it with a new modern stamped concrete patio. All the drainage work. Along with a beautiful retaining wall. The sales person/landscape professional was very helpful and patient in working with us to determine a design and cost effective plan suited for our very specific family needs. It was very clear that the crew had many years of complex construction experience. Job was supposed to take two weeks. Was done in nine days. There were many items they could have charged extra for, many unforeseen items came up. Black Pearl just did the work, we were going to agree on a price for all the extra work. They just told us to keep them in mind for any future work. What more can a person say about this company. All actions. Not talk and sales.

Black Pearl Landscaping and Concrete Services just finished our total home refresh. New 2800 sq ft concrete driveway, 1900 stamped concrete patio, fire pit, new flower beds and new drainage. Our home does not even look like the same house. It’s remarkably beautiful. Black Pearl staff was so great to work with. Never any wasted time with the company. They go way above and beyond what we have ever encountered. I would consider myself as someone not easy to please. However, we could not find one negative thing with Black Pearl. I don’t give many reviews. I felt I had to give these guys the credit they deserved. They were not the lowest bid. Not the highest bid. But we felt after meeting with Todd, that he was about as transparent as a person could be. It was a major and substantial sum of money we spent. And I have to say, best investment I’ve ever made.
